Job Overview
We are seeking a senior Pega Platform Operations - Director to stabilize, optimize, and govern the Pega ecosystem across production and non-production environments. This is not a traditional Pega development role—it is a leadership position focused on platform reliability, operations, governance, and continuous improvement.
You will act as the primary owner of platform health, driving incident management, performance optimization, release governance, and automation initiatives in a large enterprise environment.
