Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Engineering provides a strategic direction for key projects that impact hotel facilities as well as managing the Engineering department in the day-to-day operations at the highest levels of safety, security, compliance, and energy conservation, while enhancing guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clear direction of all engineering and maintenance activities and KPIs that include expectation of service standards, delivery of key projects, and promotion of best practices.
Build and manage a 10-year Capital plan with focus on long-term infrastructure and ROI projects.
Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to advance engineering initiatives and expand organizational capabilities.
