Overview

BOLD develops advanced battery systems for motorsport, defence and high‑performance mobility. As Director of Technology you will lead the engineering division responsible for delivering customer programmes on time, at scale, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to the mechanical, electrical and systems engineering teams, ensuring they work cohesively on both customer and internal products.
• Own the performance of the engineering organisation, guiding and developing team members to achieve the best outcomes for the company and its clients.
• Promote a culture of ownership, excellence and customer obsession throughout the team, collaborating with managers to extend this culture company‑wide.
