About the Role
The Director, New and Retained Business Development, will provide strong leadership and stewardship over two of IB’s critically important sales channels: New Business Development and Retained Business (Tiers 3-5), situated in the National Accounts (NAC) organization. The adequate leader will serve as the chief architect of developing a vision for sustainable and profitable new business acquisition and balancing the need to continue pursuing aggressive growth opportunities with the existing portfolio of customers.
Primary objective is to capture IB’s fair share of new business, providing strategic and tactical thought leadership in charting a new, creative and innovative course for profitable growth.
