About the Role
PURPOSE
Lead and grow the Airport BU MSI service practice, working collaboratively with GEOs and key SITA business areas and stakeholders to achieve the commercial performance targets (sales, revenue, margin) and strategic development of the MSI business.
Operating at the intersection of business leadership, commercial governance, and integration the role is responsible for shaping demand early, accelerating high‑quality MSI pipeline growth, and positioning SITA as the trusted partner for integrating complex, multi‑vendor airport ecosystems.
The Director MSI leads the MSI Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and works collaboratively and in close partnership with GEO and key SITA business areas to identify, shape, and secure MSI opportunities while ensuring consistent and disciplined approaches to solution design, bidding, and programme delivery.
