Director Infrastructure Operations

Overview The Director Infrastructure Operations reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and manages, inspires and motivates a group of onsite and remote DevOps engineers. He/she supports and ensures operations processes are clearly documented, communicated and understood to deliver a consistent high quality of service and reliability to our client’s organization.

Responsibilities

Leading the team through technical evolution towards scalable and modern architecture. Always have service availability top of mind to drive towards automation in delivering resilient and self-correcting systems.

Effective monitoring and alerting solutions that can be pre-emptive in detecting and resolving issues. Accountable for maintaining and exceeding service levels to ensure availability expectations are always met.
