About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Business Area President to understand business objectives and identify corresponding human resource needs of the region; develop and implement HR strategy to support business objectives.
  • Help drive Division-wide HR strategy, programs and processes into the region.
  • Coach the management team on employee relations and compliance.
  • Supervise, coach and provide direction to Unit HR personnel assigned throughout the designated region.
  • Ensure units without assigned HR personnel are supported.
  • Partner with operations and training functions to identify training needs and develop/implement training programs.
  • Partner with operations and recruiting functions to identify workforce needs; actively participate in recruiting strategy and process.
