Director E Commerce MENAPAKT and CCA

The Director E Commerce – MENAPAKT & CCA role is a pivotal leadership opportunity within KFC MENAPAKT FZ-LLC's Marketing department. With a focus on digital commerce, you will drive the execution of performance marketing, CRM, loyalty, and Martech enablement strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and franchise partners, you will ensure seamless campaign delivery, digital platform optimization, and enhanced customer engagement across the MENAPAKT region. This role is responsible for approximately USD 1Bn in system sales and supports over 2400 personnel, including Operations and Restaurant Support Centre staff.
