Overview

The Customer Success Director is responsible for defining and driving CloudCFO’s customer experience strategy and service delivery operating model. The role ensures a scalable, consistent, and high-quality customer experience across all portfolios while enabling sustainable growth and operational excellence.


The Customer Success Director leads the Client Partner organization and works closely with Product & Innovation, People Operations, and other leadership teams to continuously improve customer outcomes, service quality, retention, and operational efficiency.


Rather than directly managing day-to-day client delivery, the role focuses on establishing standards, systems, and leadership capabilities that enable teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
