To prepare and plan Individual Credit Review Plan and Annual Credit plan based on a sound understanding of the credit risk concentration of SMBC MY.
To lead, supervise and conduct independent credit reviews on SMBC MY’s credit risk management and credit assets controls and framework to ensure it is robust and to identify any inadequacies and recommendations for improvement, where required.
To prepare and escalate credit review and assessment reports, which includes both identified issues/lapses and recommendations, arising from the independent reviews conducted to the senior management, Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) and the Board Audit Committee (BAC) for their notation and deliberation.
To follow-up, track implementation and validate outcome of remedial actions undertaken by the auditee/reviewee pursuant to recommendations proposed by the Local CRVD, Regional CRVD, Internal Audit Department, external auditor...
