Director, Compliance Governance

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a seasoned Director, Compliance Governance to lead and enhance its enterprise-wide compliance framework. This leadership role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and oversight of robust Anti‑Money Laundering / Anti‑Terrorist Financing (AML/ATF) and Regulatory Compliance programs across the organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all business activities align with evolving regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
