Director, Applications, Data & IT Projects

Reporting to the VP of IT, you will play a key role in the company’s digital transformation journey.

• Define and execute the application strategy, particularly for the EPICOR/Kinetic ERP across multiple sites (Canada, U.S., Morocco)
• Lead IT projects end‑to‑end (budget, timelines, quality, vendors, change management)
• Oversee the enterprise application ecosystem (ERP, EPM/BOARD, CRM, BI tools, integrations)
• Expand business intelligence capabilities (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL)
• Drive adoption of AI and automation to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency
• Establish a strong data governance framework (data quality, security, compliance)
• Build and scale a pragmatic IT PMO
• Ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business priorities
