The Direction Setting Manager (DSM) drives short‑term commercial focus and sales execution within the Direct Transport Sales (DTS) channel. This role ensures that frontline sales teams prioritize the right products, customers, and corridors over the next four weeks—maximizing asset utilization, accelerating product growth, and enabling agile collaboration between Product and Sales. The DSM develops and executes the commercial action plan that aligns DTS sales efforts with Product needs and Area growth ambitions, ensuring measurable results.
