Direct Support Program Supervisor

**Payrate:** $19 / hr

**Shift:** Sunday-Thursday (6 am - 2 pm)

**Mandatory Requirement:** This is a driving position. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to verify at least one year of active driving history.
