Main Purpose

The Direct Seeded Rice Operations Supervisor will report to the VP, Head of CX & DNV Asia, and have a dotted line to the Rekta Ektarya Philippines Lead. The role involves leading pilot initiatives and scaling up Direct Seeded Rice operations in the Philippines through customized offerings. This position requires collaboration with commercial teams, cross‑functional partners, and relevant government or industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Co‑own the vision and roadmap for Rekta Ektarya in the focused geography, with plans for nationwide expansion across the Philippines.
• Execution & Scale‑Up: Lead the implementation of Rekta Ektarya in pilot geographies and drive commercial scale‑up in identified areas.
