Job Description
- Supervise and support dining staff during daily operations
- Maintain knowledge of Thai cuisine to properly explain menu items to guests
- Monitor service quality, table turnover, and cleanliness of dining areas
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
- Train, coach, and evaluate dining staff performance
- Enforce company policies, service standards, and hygiene protocols
- Assist in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and staff discipline
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dining Supervisor or similar role
- Background or knowledge of Thai cuisine and dining serviceExcellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
