About the Role
The ideal candidate for this position is a resource closed to operations (Mexico level) ensuring a proper management of Digital transformation and solutions support. Lead the Digital Transformation strategy across all sites , ensuring continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and adoption of digital tools aligned with the company global vision Responsibilities Own and drive the Local Digitalization Roadmap Ensures that the Digital Standards are deployed and used. As such, organizes the Digital roadmap, do some regular review identifying any deviance, organize the additional training if needed. Participates to the champion community led by Business Process Owner. Local enhancements Management – Process Change Request The Digital Manager is the relay between the local business owners and the BPO.
