Our client is seeking an intermediate Digital Workplace Analyst to support business analysis, quality assurance, documentation, testing, and delivery of digital workplace initiatives across Microsoft 365 and security platforms. (Hybrid, Calgary, 3 days in office)
Must Have skills
3+ years of combined Business Analysis and Quality Assurance experience in an IT or digital workplace environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows, Office, and Outlook. Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, test plans, and QA deliverables. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps and validation frameworks to manage testing, defects, and delivery activities.
