Digital Innovation Engineer

Position Summary

Contributes to the success of Buckman’s digital strategy by collaborating with the digital team, stakeholders and external partners on initiatives and successfully completing work on regional/global projects.Key Outcomes/ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully completes work to support the completion of complex global digital projects that positively impact the customer experience and increase the adoption of digital solutions.

Serves as a technical leader (software and/or hardware) on at least one digital project ensuring technical problems and challenges are resolved.

Completes aligned work throughout the entire life cycle of product development, including idea generation, rapid prototyping to develop MVP candidates, product development, and commercial deployment.

Completes analyses and creates key documentation (. project and resource plan) to support and advance the project during the phase gate process.
