As the Digital Experience & Technical Manager, you lead a cross-disciplinary team (Business Design, UX, Rapid Prototyping, Data Science & Data Analytics) that fuels innovation, experimentation, and digital capability across Asia. You champion customer-centric design, agile ways of working, dynamic talent development, and strategic resourcing. You play a pivotal role in shaping both how we build and how we invest - ensuring the right digital capabilities drive the most impactful outcomes.
