Digital Customer Engineer

Location: TP The Well site, Hybrid

Reports to: B2B Sales Supervisor

Contract: Regular, Full-time

Education: College Diploma / Degree

Travel Requirements: No

Annual Salary Base of CAD $75,000.

Core Responsibilities

  • Technical Consulting: Support Partners in establishing technical requirements and identifying current-state inhibitors to cloud adoption.
  • Architectural Guidance: Translate complex customer requirements into ideal future-state architectures, focusing on business value and scalability.
  • Technical Evaluation: Support thorough & efficient technical evaluations in Solution sales stages (S2 to S3).
  • Partner Enablement: Act as a primary technical resource for Partners & Sales (CSR/FSR, DSR), helping them address technical questions, objections, and blockers in their engagements with Customers.
