As an experienced provider of community health services, they are CQC registered and passionate about delivering evidence based, innovative, effective and relevant health care services and are commissioned by NHS England to deliver the innovative Low Calorie Diet Programme.
The programme aims to support people who are overweight and living with type 2 diabetes to achieve weight loss, reduce their health risk factors, decrease the amount of medication they need and for some, even put their diabetes into remission and is being delivered across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
