We are seeking a highly capable and automation-driven DevOps Engineer to join our Service Team, with a strong focus on the ConnectWise ecosystem including RMM, PSA, RPA, Asio, and ITBoost.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising automation, monitoring, and service delivery workflows across a multi-client MSP environment. You will act as a technical escalation point while also driving efficiency through scripting, orchestration, and platform integration.
You will play a key role in enhancing operational maturity, reducing manual effort, and improving service consistency by leveraging ConnectWise tools and DevOps best practices.
