- Act as a third‑line escalation expert , diagnosing and resolving complex issues across our enterprise cloud infrastructure, services, and applications.
- Manage and support our multi‑cloud footprint (AWS and Azure), including IAM, networking, and core services.
Administer and enhance our Azure platforms as a core focus of this role. This includes:
