Experience Required - 6+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Skills:
" Jira (Backlog, user stories, sprint tracking)
" Data expertise (Data analysis, data modeling, data governance)
" Snowflake (Data warehousing, SQL, data pipelines)
" SQL & reporting tools
" Understanding of data integration & APIs
Functional Skills:
" Strong Product Ownership (PO) experience
" P&C Insurance Domain Claims (mandatory)
" Requirement gathering & user story writing
" Stakeholder management & prioritization
" Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery
