The Development Director (DD) leads the delivery of complex, highly technical projects across the Creative Innovation team. The role is hybrid and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical projects such as DataLake architecture, Data Provenance systems, and AI capability development.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality from kickoff through release.
• Provide career management to direct reports, including growth opportunities and performance expectations.
• Define and maintain technical project roadmaps, translating complex engineering requirements into clear milestones and delivery plans.
• Drive quarterly and sprint planning processes, ensuring Agile principles and continuous improvement.
