Description
A Desktop Support position providing technical assistance to staff, managing computer hardware/software, and resolving network issues. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop systems, printers, and peripheral devices to ensure high-quality support. This technician will support both day to day tickets and scope and begin the phone refresh project alongside the lifecycle refresh.
