Description We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Specialist/Lead to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role is suited for a hands-on support specialist who can resolve advanced end-user technology issues, guide endpoint standards, and partner with technical teams to strengthen day-to-day operations. You will act as a senior escalation resource while helping improve device management, software delivery, and support processes across the organization.
