Job Responsibilities- Accurately test, identify, repair, and resolve document end user technical issues regarding basic network, desktop, laptop, Thin Client support, printers, tablets, corporate mobile (iOS & Android), LAN cable drops, BYOD, IP phones, and audio & video conference devices.
- Perform timely resolution of workstations, mobile, hardware, and software problems within SLAs through effective use of experience, knowledge, and technical resources via a ticketing system. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow is a real advantage.
- Break‑fix, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues; reimage computers and hard drives.
- Provide VIP support.
