Key Knowledge Requirements
- If they managed large engagements or at least user base site >50 users
- Them know the importance of SLA and aware how to prioritize their task - ask what SLA duration they had for P3/P4 tickets.
- Hands on experience in Imaging Process with Autopilot/SCCM/Intune
- Familiar with M365 issues outlook and Teams (Meeting room issues)
- Check their troubleshooting approach for SLOW Laptop (as most of them starts directly with Upgrade of Memory which shouldn't be the mindset).
