Provide hands-on desktop troubleshooting support (L1) to end-users for
hardware, software, audio-visual equipment, and network related issues.
Resolve issues relating to end users accounts, network access and folder permissions
Deployment and recovery of IT assets for onboarding and off-boarding of staff.
Conduct asset verification & audit, maintain accurate records of hardware, software & license inventory.
Perform approved change requests for software installation and hardware configuration changes.
Assist IT team to maintain documentation and troubleshooting guides
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
At least Higher Nitec, Diploma Certification in Computer/Electronic Engineering of equivalent discipline.
Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, AWS, Cisco/Fortinet) are added advantage.
