Any of the below certifications (Equivalent / similar) would be an advantage: Google IT Support Professional Certificate Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) ITIL Foundation (for service/support basics) Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST IT Support) Primary Purpose This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers, you will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing arrange of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
