Desktop Engineer

The Engineer in MIS is primarily a desktop support specialist with strong hands‑on experience in end‑user computing and technical support within the organization. In this role, he/she is responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient desktop operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering high-quality user support.

In addition, the Engineer will support IT projects, initiatives, system integrations, and implementations as needed, contributing to the continuous enhancement and evolution of the organization’s IT platforms and infrastructure.

• Provide desktop support – install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Win10 & M365 Apps
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any authorized peripheral equipment
