About the Role

Introduction

Under the general supervision of the Client Services Manager, this role is responsible for installs, moves, changes, and technical hardware support. It is a “hands-on” technical role that requires good people skills along with workstation support knowledge.



Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in a related field

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems-Required/BS Information Systems-Preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer service focused

  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
