About the Role
Airswift is searching for a Designer to join a growing engineering company supporting subsea and offshore projects, with positions based in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities Support engineering and manufacturing teams with accurate 3 D models, drawings Develop layouts, perform calculations, and prepare detailed design documentation Assist in prototype design and validation processes Support proposal and sales teams in equipment selection and technical solutions Review drawings ensuring compliance with industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) Implement design improvements based on field feedback
Requirements Associate degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Design or related field Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical or hydraulic design (subsea preferred) Experience with Solid Works (2 D/3 D modeling and drafting) Familiarity with standards such as API, ASME, AWS Strong communication and problem-solving skills Intermediate to advanced English
