Support mechanical design, prototyping, and testing using 3D CAD tools, ensuring products meet engineering, manufacturing, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create/modify designs using CAD (Creo/SolidWorks)
- Build, assemble, and modify prototypes
- Perform mechanical & functional testing (force, torque, environmental)
- Interpret engineering drawings, specs, GD&T
- Document test methods, results, and observations
- Troubleshoot design issues with cross-functional teams
