Design Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing of Mechanical services i.e. HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting
• Project design, Preliminary Design report with cost estimates, design drawings, preparation of specification and bill of quantities, periodic site supervision.
• Verify contract and Design parameters for MEP works and provide value engineering inputs on the same.
• Experienced in project planning, co-ordination with multiple internal and external consultants/ vendors.
• Co-ordination and development of Design specifications, BOQ, DBR, RFQ, RFI etc.
• Verification of MEP Design details for all stages of Design.
• Initiatives in BIM, IMS and Kaizen.
• Should be well-versed with MEP design software AutoCAD, Revit etc.
• Should be well-versed with Codal requirement for MEP (NBC, IS, IEC, NFPA standards)
