Design & Project Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills with a passion for design and dedicated approach towards timely deliveries. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should be familiarity with the Building byelaws, architectural standards, building types, etc. in order to provide the best ideas for clients. The knowledge of latest materials and technologies will be appreciated.

• Create designs and layout options for various projects like plotted developments, hospitality and residential developments
