Design Manager

We are looking fora talented and experience Design Manager to join our team in Guildford and to make a positive impact within our growing business. Managing the design process from Pre Construction through to and including the construction phase for projects up to £12m.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE, AND EXCELLENT AT:

• Looking ahead and planning all aspects of the project, identifying challenges and bringing imaginative and cost-effective solutions to the table
• Working within current legislation, standards and codes of practice where needed
• Looking to eliminate health and safety and financial risk during construction
• Keeping a good flow of quality information to ensure pace with the project timescale
• Having the ability to build good solid relationships with all stakeholders and have open and clear dialogue
