Responsibilities
Tackle challenging design problems and consult with engineers to improve design quality.
Redesign and optimize our mobile web app, from customer research to implementing new flows in our design system.
Create flexible, composable component libraries that enable other engineers to build custom features.
Improve information hierarchy and scannability in interfaces so recruiters can quickly parse candidate assessments.
