About the Role
Job Description:
- Coordinate the design documentation process to ensure drawings and specifications are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with project schedules.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather information, clarify design intent, and resolve technical discrepancies.
- Track design submissions, approvals, and revisions using registers and logs, ensuring version control and document traceability.
- Compile and organize drawings, specifications, and related documents for authority submission, tender, construction, and as-built purposes
- Review drawings for completeness, consistency, and compliance with project requirements, flagging issues for the Design Manager's attention.
