We're hiring a Design and Growth Working Student (m/f/d) to shape inca's visual identity and run our external presence end-to-end, working directly with the CEO at a venture-backed company that's transforming how insurance claims work in Europe.

Start: around September 2026 · 12–20 hours / week · Berlin or remote.

How inca looks, sounds, and shows up? That's on you. Social Media, Newsletter, Website, Product, where it counts. You also jump on GTM and commercial topics alongside the CEO when sharp execution is needed. AI is your daily weapon — not a buzzword you drop in meetings.
