About the Role
Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation and financial analysis of new projects as well as summarizing quotations and proposals.
- Prepare necessary documents for project bidding.
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Computes cost by analyzing labor, material and time requirements.
- Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
- Maintains cost data base by entering and backing up data.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; and Trainings.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Estimate project cost and make an in-house estimation for negotiation of bids.
- Attends Pre-bid Meetings, Clarification Meetings and Site Inspection.
