Position: Senior Resident Dermatology Department: Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy Qualification: MD / DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (Skin & VD) Experience: 03 years post-PG (as per NMC guidelines) Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing OPD, IPD, and dermatology procedures (e.g., cryotherapy, chemical peeling, skin biopsy) Support consultants in diagnosis and treatment of dermatological, venereal, and leprosy cases Conduct bedside teaching and case discussions with UG/PG students Participate in academic activities like journal clubs, seminars, and departmental meetings Maintain patient records and support clinical documentation Assist in research, publications, and CME programs Contribute to dermatopathology and cosmetology services where applicable Skills Required: Strong clinical knowledge in dermatology Hands-on skills in minor dermatological procedures Interest in teaching and academic work Good communication and team coordination
