Responsibilities
Manages and controls all activities within the project, including:
o Budget
o Personnel
o Activities of the technical and administrative departments
o Environmental protection measures
o Occupational safety
o Quality assurance
o Follows company procedures as well as DIN, EN, UVV, VDE, and ISO standards
Qualifications
Completed business administration training with at minimum a Bachelor´s Degree or higher in business, engineering or architectural disciplines Or documented five (5) years of experience in project management and facility operations, preventive maintenance, repair, construction services, and equipment maintenance and repair. Operational experience in facility management
Supporting the Program Manager and taking over the Program Manager's tasks during absence.
