Deputy CTO - Global Engineering Leader & Platform Architect

Stealth is looking for a Deputy CTO to lead our global engineering organization in Pakistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Dach. The role involves overseeing engineering delivery, operational resilience, and budget management while connecting business strategy with technical execution.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the trading and crypto infrastructure, including low-latency systems, and a track record of managing engineering within strict regulatory frameworks such as MiCA and DORA.
