About the Role
The Controls Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of building and electrical monitoring systems (BMS, DCIM, EPMS) across data center construction projects. This role ensures systems are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with design specifications, while coordinating across vendors, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.

+ Manage **scope, schedule, and execution** of BMS, DCIM, and EPMS vendors during data center construction
+ Develop detailed **scopes of work** for controls and site improvement projects
+ Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to align **deliverables, requirements, and timelines**
+ Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and report progress to **Operations Systems and Construction leadership**
+ Operate effectively within **tight project timelines and fast-paced environments**
