Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the dental practice
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk operations to maximize efficiency
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
- Monitor and manage practice finances, including billing, insurance claims, accounts receivable/payable, and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, OSHA/infection control standards, and dental board requirements
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff on inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering
- Implement and improve office policies, procedures, and workflows
