Dental Billing Manager

Overview

My Mountain Mover is looking for a Dental Billing Manager who can hit the ground running. Our client is looking for someone who already knows dental billing inside and out and can lead a team with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the day-to-day dental billing operations and keep the team on track
• Manage, mentor, and hold a billing team accountable to performance standards
• Monitor AR, claim submissions, denial trends, and collections
• Catch errors before they become write-offs
• Coordinate with the front office and providers to resolve billing issues
• Work within the client's practice management system (EMR training provided)

Qualifications

• Extensive dental billing experience — CDT codes, claim submissions, EOBs, denials, and AR follow-up are second nature to you
