About the Role
Lead the design and continuous improvement of global Demand Planning capabilities across Personal Health, shaping the way demand planners forecast, use tools, follow policies and drive stronger end-to-end business performance.
**Your role:**
* Lead and improve the global Demand Planning capability framework across Personal Health, defining best-in-class & fit-for-purpose standards across **systems, data, process and people** embedded within S&OP and S&OE to enable end-to-end planning excellence.
* Partner with a global network of **demand planners** across five regions, as well as commercial, supply planning and broader planning stakeholders, to improve **forecast accuracy, planning maturity and operational performance** .
* Define and govern **planning policies, forecasting guardrails, best practices, training, community of practice and change adoption** , ensuring teams follow the defined standards driving end-to-end planning coherence.
